Terms & Conditions

To ensure fairness and adequate planning, the following cancellation policy applies to all our camp bookings:

Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 14 days before the start of the camp week are eligible for a full refund. (please note that 3% processing fee are not refundable)

50% Refund: Cancellations made between 14 days and 7 days before the start of the camp week.

No Refund: No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 7 days before the start of the camp week.
